A little experience is helpful! If you're an absolute beginner, I recommend starting with the "FOUNDATIONS" course, which covers yoga postures, breathing exercises, meditations, and principles to help you get the most out of this 100-hour course. However, if you've practiced yoga—whether online or in a studio—for as little as three months, you'll be more than ready to join this program.

There are no prerequisites for fitness or flexibility to participate. You don’t need to be an acrobat or an Olympic athlete to join—though if you are, that’s wonderful! This course is designed to meet you where you are, supporting the development of your practice, health, and understanding of yoga. Welcoming individuals of all abilities, ages, and backgrounds, it fosters a diverse and inclusive learning environment.
