  • Yes. All classes are suitable for beginners. You won’t be the only new student in the room, and classes are taught in a welcoming, relaxed way with options for all levels.

  • Yes. Free parking is available outside for up to 3 hours.

    Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before class, as doors open at this time.
    Kindly ensure you arrive before the class start time to avoid disturbing others.

  • Yes. Changing rooms and showers are available on site, including hair dryers and hair straighteners.

  • No. Mats are provided. If you have your own mat and prefer to use it, please feel free to bring it along.

  • Absolutely. You do not need to be flexible to practise yoga. Classes are designed to meet individual needs, and flexibility develops over time through practice. You are in the perfect place to begin.

  • Please bring water. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.

  • Please avoid eating for at least 60 minutes before class. Drink plenty of water throughout the day before attending.

  • No. Classes are not suitable during pregnancy or within 8 weeks after giving birth.
