You’ll begin with three months of immersive, in-person training alongside Stuart, complemented by a library of on-demand video modules designed to accelerate your teaching career and serve as a go-to resource long after graduation. Once your initial training is complete, you’ll join the LUMEN community, enjoying nine months of complimentary access to exclusive events, hands-on workshops, and networking opportunities that keep your skills sharp and your connections thriving.

Theres no expectation to be an acrobat. The course will have students from all walks of life and various levels of ability. We recommend that you are able to perform sun salutations but nothing else is required.
